Personal information

The application uses your ERP account to connect to your organization's server. When your organization enables work route recording for your account and you grant location permissions, the application collects precise location data and timestamps to record your work route. Route records are associated with your username and transmitted to your organization's ERP server.

Route records may also contain location accuracy, speed, heading, altitude, distance traveled, movement and activity information, and battery status to support route recording.

Location in the background

Work route recording continues while the application is in the background, closed, or not in use, and can resume after the device restarts. This allows the work route to be recorded without keeping the application open. Signing out stops route recording; the application may still send previously recorded locations. You can revoke location access in your device settings. Some work sections require location permissions.

Storage and retention

The location SDK is configured to retain local route records for up to seven days, including records waiting to be uploaded. Your organization manages access to and retention of route records on its ERP server. Contact your organization's ERP administrator about access to, retention of, or deletion of your account and route records.

Sharing with third parties

Work route records are sent to the ERP server configured for your organization and are available to users authorized by that organization. Ask your organization's ERP administrator about its server hosting and data handling practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Apex ERP or our privacy practices. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
